Ray's Ravings for Sept. 2012.

Above is the bend in the Waihou River which is part of the Blue Spring Walk.

With the help of the Christchurch Pettys I am trying to put my September blog into OPL.
Bought a bike so that when Rosemary walks on the Waikato River Trail I can keep up with her and even pass her!! Got the bike from the Warehouse and it was very poorly assembled and took it in to a bike shop in Tokoroa to have it tightened up.
Bought a bookcase to tidy up some of the books piled around the house. Any normal person would get rid of the books.

Janet and Johnny turned up on the 9th and we had a nice visit with them till the 15th. Went for a few walks and also to Cambridge and walked around the lake there. The walk around the lake in park like grounds is very well done.

My front windscreen at the top leaks when parked in the rain. Have had it replaced and it doesn't leak any more. Also bought a 40 inch T.V.so that we are now on Digital Television. Have to have someone cut some branches down in front of the new aerial.

The flowers are starting to bloom so it must be spring. The flowering trees are a show.
So life goes on. So till next time all the best to you all,  Ray the Raver...

PS from Rosemary.  I wrote of most of September in my last blog. I concluded that by saying I was going to spend the last week of the September at the temple.  That I did.  Next week will see the end of October, so I'll have to write the next instalment. Thus it is!

Well done Ray, on getting the photo in! I wish I'd seen your bicycle - it's a great idea. I love biking.
