Ray's Ravings for Dec 2010

Hello to all you busy people out there. When I read about your adventures it makes me feel very retired. Not that I would for a moment want to be running around hither and yon, I did enough of that when I was your age.
Well, we had a few happenings for December 2010 for Rosemary was still away tramping with Margaret the top of the South Island.
The first happening was for me on the 6th when Janet and Johnny turned up in their rented car from Auckland at around 4 a.m. and so a week’s visit with them.
On the 8th Janet and I drove up to the airport in Hamilton and picked up the hikers Rosemary and Margaret from the wilds of the top of the South Island.
The next day I dropped them off at Jones Landing and they walked the Waikato River Walk to Arapuni while I visited John in the village.
The 10th arrived, our visitors left for Auckland on their way home to Australia and I believe they had enjoyed themselves.
The next day Rosemary and I drove to Rotorua for the conference and stayed overnight for the morning session as well. We had actually met Dylan on his mission while there.
On the 25th I spent most of it doing something really exciting, a jig-saw of course. Actually I like doing them and tend to get hooked on them.
And so, another month slips into eternity.
