We now every week on a Tuesday at 9.30 a.m. go to an over fifties exercising routine meeting. At least Rosemary goes so I tag along. Nothing very demanding and the walk there is more exercise than the actual gymnastics at St. John’s Ambulance Hall here in Putaruru. Nice group of people.
On the 7th of July we went to Matamata and did the walk, looked at some very nice real estate and then to our favorite boutique the Salvation Army Op-Shop and I got a pair of black shoes with two small zips up the sides they looked like new and cost $6.00. also two very large glass mugs for $2.00. Rosemary got a pair of super light shoes for $3.00. The last of the big time spenders!
Rosemary has had this Olympus camera for three years and it doesn’t get much of a workout from her any more. Now that she has another rather nice camera that we got a few weeks ago, a Samsung, she has no call at all to use the Olympus. Well neither do I as I have my trusty Panasonic that for me has been wonderful. But for something to do I thought I would give the Olympus a go as well. I have had all sorts of trouble downloading the pictures and getting them to go where I would like them to go. Once again the whole program is much too complicated. Never mind it is a game to me against the program and something to improve my swearing. I think I am getting somewhere with it. The program that is!
So, as you can see and read, we have had a very fast jet set life style. I feel as though I have to contribute something each month and unless I start making some it up, this will have to do. Of course I could go into the realms of philosophizing but I will give you a break and keep it simple! Ray.
